  Andrew Rose

For 11 ½ years, Andrew Rose was an executive in charge of business development, marketing, and strategic alliances for a regional CPA firm. Among other successes, Andrew launched a national dental accounting division which is recognized as one of the top three service providers in the country. Additionally, Andrew founded and launched a North American association of CPA firms that specialize in dental accounting.

In late 2014, Andrew joined Zest SMS as a partner. In his role, he wears many hats in the continuance of providing business development and marketing services for a wide variety of professional service firms, businesses, a publicly traded company, associations and non-profit organizations.

An innovative strategy, marketing and business development authority, Andrew is frequently asked to speak to groups on a wide variety of topics ranging from Ghost Hunting 101 to the Algorithmic Impact of Reviews on Organic Search. He is also a sought after author for his technical expertise on the subjects of trend spotting, technology and other leading edge topics.


Andrew is deeply involved in the non-profit community, sitting on or advising many non-profit boards and social impact organizations. He currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer in Residence at the Emerging Technologies Centers, the Chair of the Advisory Board for the Maryland Cybersecurity Association, is an organizer for the TEDxBaltimore event as well as several other groups and schools in the greater Baltimore community.

Lance Pan - CFA®, Director of Investment Research and Strategy


Lance Pan joined Capital Advisors Group in 2003. As Director of Investment Research and Strategy, Lance assesses the risk and relative value of asset classes and credits, creates advanced credit approval and surveillance procedures, issues credit opinions, and provides investment strategy recommendations.  Lance oversees Capital Advisors Group’s Credit Committee.

Previously, Lance was a Senior Corporate Research Analyst at Columbia Management Group (FleetBoston Financial) in Boston, where he was responsible for fundamental analysis and related strategies for the firm’s mutual funds and large institutional accounts.  Earlier in his career, Lance worked for Central Pacific Bank in Honolulu.

Lance received an MSF from Boston College, an MBA and an M.A. in communications from the University of Hawaii, and a B.A. in English from Fudan University. He is a CFA charterholder and member of the Boston Security Analysts Society.
